Week of the Environment 2016 of the Federal President and the DBU
Several thousand invited guests will come to Berlin on 7 and 8 June 2016 in the Schlosspark Bellevue. Some would like to meet Joachim Gauck, but most are particularly interested in the specialist topics of climate protection, energy, resources, soil and biodiversity, mobility and transport, construction and housing. Extensive and vivid project presentations will take place in the individual pavilions of the 190 exhibitors selected from over 600 applicants.
cleanLASER presents the topic “Cleaning and decoating with laser light for the detection of metallic recyclables”. For the first time a jointly developed plant for scrap recycling will be presented. While the components are conveyed through the laser device at a speed of approx. 3 m/sec, the machine recognizes the type and quality of metal recyclables.
Parallel to the exhibition, there will be a high-calibre and diverse range of lectures and discussions. Top representatives from politics, business, science and society will then discuss on the main stage. 70 to 80 specialist forums on current sustainability topics with around 400 experts will complement the supporting programme.
