Product service and worldwide installation

Commissioning and installating in the individual environment is carried out by our qualified Product Service team. We operate worldwide in cooperation with our global service partners and also support them with our team of specialists from Germany.

The built-in onboard remote diagnosis, which is standard on all our systems, enables us to support our customers from a distance at any time.

Spare parts supply

In the unlikely event of a defect or malfunction despite the high reliability of our systems, we are able to serve the customer within a short time from one of our global spare parts warehouses in Asia, Europe and North America.

Of course, we also offer our customers preventive maintenance of the laser systems in order to ensure a permanently high disposability over the entire service life of many years.
