cleanCELL

The cleanCELL is a compact production machine with modular automation technology for low, mid or high power laser systems.

The solid and laser-safe machine enables high-precision and reproducible component surface treatment.

The platform strategy in three width classes makes it possible to realize complete, extremely economical automation machines for laser processing.

The dimensions can be selected modularly so that small components or, when using the largest series, working areas of up to 1500 x 700 mm can be processed. The front doors allow convenient loading of complete workpiece carriers or large, bulky components.

Solid linear axis systems with recirculating ball screws, driven by powerful servo drives, ensure optimum positioning precision and a long service life without annoying referencing.
