THE AKL AWARD GOES TO CLEANSORT IN 2024
THE AWARD WAS PRESENTED IN AACHEN TOWN HALL ON 17 APRIL 2024
cleansort received the award for its laser-based sorting systems for the resource-saving sorting of recyclables.
We also congratulate the runner-up, Dr Jan-Philipp Weberpals as team spokesperson from AUDI AG, and Gwenn Pallier from Cailabs for third place.
The Innovation Award Laser Technology is a European research prize that honours outstandingly innovative work in the field of laser technology. The prize is awarded every two years jointly by the associations Arbeitskreis Lasertechnik e.V. and ELI European Laser Institute e.V.
