CL1000iF – High surface rates with uniform material removal

Thanks to its homogeneous top-hat beam profile, the CL1000iF ensures consistently high quality in material removal and surface preparation.

Low operating costs, high safety
The highly dynamic scanners enable a large working area and generate both wide and narrow lines, depending on the application. This allows for high feed rates of up to 30 m/s and area rates of up to 120 cm²/s.

The combination of high peak intensity and optimized beam quality enables safe operation without focus tracking or control. High-quality lasers from IPG Photonics, manufactured in Germany, are used as the beam sources. The entire laser system is virtually maintenance-free and has low energy consumption, which significantly reduces total operating costs.

Laser cleaning with the CL1000iF is therefore particularly efficient and sustainable. No chemicals or abrasives are required.

Easy to integrate and operate
The stationary version is available in a robust industrial housing and can be easily integrated into automated manufacturing environments thanks to fiber-optic cables and numerous interfaces. A modern HMI control system ensures intuitive operation and supports software functions such as on-the-fly processing or the optional contourSCAN technology. A fieldbus interface ensures easy integration into industrial control systems.

Additionally, connections for emergency stop, interlock, and industrial exhaust systems are available. The internally water-cooled design ensures reliable continuous operation. Thanks to the high efficiency of the motor, very little waste heat is generated, which is dissipated into the workshop environment or the central building cooling system.

 

The CL1000iF is certified for use in the automotive industry and is used, for example, in surface preparation for electric vehicles.
