The result is efficient complete solutions for processing large-area components, especially for partial laser processing of functional surfaces.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are e.g. the cleaning of tools and molds, especially for the production of CFRP, or the surface activation and adhesive pre-treatment of aircraft components as well as paint stripping.<\/p>\n<p>Even with spans of several tens of meters, repeatability accuracies of well under one millimeter can be achieved. Thus cleanLASER offers a highly precise and technically sophisticated complete solution.<\/p>\n<p>The cleanGANTRY portal systems can be optionally equipped &#8211; like the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleanlaser.de\/en\/products\/automation-systems\/turnkey-solutions\/cleancell\/\">cleanCELL<\/a> &#8211; with rotary indexing tables or double drawer systems and thus enable a loading with higher part throughput during machining.<\/p>\n<p>With the integrated contourSCAN software extension the movements of axis and scanner systems can be synchronized centrally.
